She couples a blend of sharp insight into business strategy and performance with a coaching style to create a tailored approach, ensuring maximum results for the client.
She has a passion for lifelong learning, as may be seen from her ever-growing list of qualifications – HR Masters (QUB) and member of CIPD, ILM 5 in Coaching & Mentoring and member of ICF, Academy of Executive Coaching Systemic Team Coach, Insights Practioner, Emotional Intelligence (EQi) Practioner, member of British Psychological Society, Six Sigma Green Belt and EFQM Assessor.
