Building a High-Performance Team is tough – McKinsey cites top-team performance as one of the top ten business topics of the past 40 years. At Sustainable People Performance, we work with you to develop both the ‘hard’ and the ‘soft’ – the team’s mission, i.e. what is it here to achieve, and why (the team’s purpose)? We then explore what’s needed to be successful and identify the critical success factors to measure and guide performance.
In parallel, we identify opportunities for development as the desire to constantly learn, and improve, through challenge and feedback are hallmarks of successful teams. We also consider what skills need to be practised on a daily basis – what are our habits of excellence - the small positive things you do every day that will lead you to where you want to go. And we practice and learn together as we go.
"None of us is as smart as all of us." Ken Blanchard

Unlike team-building off-sites, or one-off interventions, team coaching enables teams to identify and resolve their challenges over the course of several months – resulting in deeper learning and more sustainable change. It usually involves coaching the team together, as well as one-to-one coaching for individuals. It is called ‘systemic’ as it looks at the whole system in which the team operates, rather than simply how the team functions.

A highly engaged workforce means the difference between a company that outperforms its competitors and one that fails to grow. “A staggering 87% of employees worldwide are not engaged. Many companies are experiencing a crisis of engagement and aren't aware of it.” (Gallup, 2018).
Make an enquiryAt Sustainable People Performance, we help you to create, and implement, an Employee Engagement Strategy, linked to your business strategy, because we recognise that engaged employees are productive employees. We partner with you to develop leaders, and create workplaces where employees want to work, because how employees feel everyday impacts the quality of their thinking, their motivation and their actions.

“Companies with highly engaged workforces outperform their peers by 147% in earnings per share” Gallup, 2018

“You need to make time (and give your team the time) to listen to Caroline and she will convince you of the power of engagement and autonomy. That's when you will start to see clearly the potential in your organization; and she can lead you on every step of the journey. I have managed in an empowering environment for over 25 years and only fully realized the potential after the privilege of working with Caroline on many occasions over several years.” Andy McEvoy, Michelin
